Beth Stephens' Design is a product and service-based company that licenses designs to businesses for the use of our artists' designs. We work closely with our clients through all the stages of licensing until everyone's needs are met and the final product is ready to be manufactured.      

The process of licensing begins when a company is interested in an existing design, changes to an existing design, or would like a completely new design to use for their product or products.

Beth Stephens' Design provides the following services:

 

Existing Designs

We license pre-existing art  to businesses.  Begin browsing our designs by starting at our portfolios  page. 

Changes to Designs

Often we will rework existing designs by making changes, coordinates and/or additions to our designs in order to meet the needs of our clients.   

New Concepts and Designs

On several occasions, we have produced new art that caters to the needs of the business.  We work closely with the client through the concept, design and execution stages of the project. 

 

Once the company decides what design they would like, a licensing contract is then required.  Beth Stephens' Design can provide a contract or if the client prefers we can use their contract once an agreement of terms has been made.

The original art will be sent to the business after an agreement of terms has been met and the contract has been signed by the parties involved.

Licensing Contract

The licensing contract will contain important issues such as the term of the contract, exclusivity, ownership, and more. 

 

 

After the contract is signed and the company receives the original work, the process of manufacturing the design into a product begins.  However, communication between Beth Stephens' Design and the new client will continue in consideration to both parties and to the terms of the contract.
