The map of Mount Desert Island (MDI) ornament was originally painted with watercolors.  The Map of MDI, including Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor and more, is printed on a high-quality insert and permanently adhered to a pewter snowflake ornament.  The snowflake ornaments make great gifts for family, friends, teachers, and co-workers.

The artwork is painted and printed in Beth’s studio in central Maine.   We print with dye sublimation on high-standard, aluminum metal. The process of dye sublimation infuses dyes directly into the metal producing an outstanding and brilliant product.  The metal is scratch, fade-proof, smooth, and water-resistant.  Each ornament comes with a glossy, black git box.
